Klenovica

Klenovica is a small town 10 km south of Novi Vinodolski, consisting of hamlets Cvitkovići, Kalanji, Miletići and Žrnovnica. The first three hamlets are named after the families who settled here at the end of the seventeenth century. Main Klenovice stationary sources of fresh water in the sea (the most famous are in the bay Žrnovnica). The mixing of fresh and salt water good for the development of flora and fauna, and the area is rich in fish. Thanks to the evergreen vegetation and mild Mediterranean climate, clean sea and air is pleasant to stay.
